Advice on Joint Venture arrangements in the event that the Client and/or the Contractor/Developer wishes to progress the project without seeking finance through the traditional routes.
Joint Venture Agreements
Instructing and procuring all necessary reports to ensure that the Client’s risks are mitigated from the outset.
Pre Contract Advice
Drafting of the agreement between the Client and the Contractor/Developer.
Contract Drafting
Ensuring that both the client and the Contractor/Developer comply with their obligations during the course of the construction works.
Contract Administration
Representing the Client during the course of the development project from procurement and contract advice through to the end of the defect liability period.
Client Representative
Representing the Client during the construction process when the Client decides to utilise the JCT Design & Build contract for their project.
Employer's Agent
Checking of all certification and paperwork associated with a project to ensure that the project has been built in accordance with all regulatory bodies and that the Client has all the certification it requires to enable them to sell the completed project.
Independent Certifier
Engaging with all the necessary parties such as the consultants and the Contractor/Developer, from inception through to completion.

Monitoring the costs associated with a project including monthly valuations and drawdowns.
Financial Control / Project Monitoring
Maintaining a firm control on the construction costs is fundamental to the success of a construction project and advice can be given on how to stay within the financial constraints of a project from inception through to completion including advise on, but limited to, initial cost estimates, value engineering, tendering and general cost management throughout the duration of the Works.
